Background
4 acres of the former Yorkshire Forward development site were immediately sold to AB Graphics, a Bridlington based printing organisation, who relocated into a newly constructed 40,000 sq ft state of the art manufacturing and production facility and a new 10,000 sq ft office facility for their expanding printing business, at the entrance to the industrial estate.
ispace completed the design and construction of a 10,000sq ft dealership for the relocation of oyston motors from skirlaugh and bridlington for retail car sales and service. Following a 6 months build the site was completed in March 2007.
