Background

The site, just off Clough Road comprises more than 42,000 sq ft of existing buildings including a goods yard and car parking, which are to be refurbished and 11 acres for the creation of new build business space. The much needed new business space for Hull is aimed at newly established and expanding businesses, particularly in the manufacturing and service sectors and distribution.

The site has immediate access to the city's outer and inner ring road network, the city's main docks are also easily reached from this location. ipark Bankside is a well established business location which also includes various out of town retail operations.

Up to 200,000 sq ft of floor space will be provided in a flexible range of different sized units from 5,000 sq ft up to 30,000 sq ft to accommodate a variety of users. Business units are available to lease, although consideration may also be given to the sale of certain units.
