Bid Competition
ispace has formed a joint venture with national developers Quintain and local developers Wykeland to submit a bid for the redevelopment of the Central Parcel in the Fruit Market in competition managed by Hull CityBuild and backed by English Partnerships and Yorkshire Forward. Our bid 'Reclaiming the Fruit Market' was successful in getting through to the Stage 2 and is now one of only 4 bids remaining. We are now nearing the final stages in the bid process, with a presentation to Selection Panel on 6 December. The decision of preferred developer is expected to be announced in January 2008.
