The unity of our three companies, ispace, Quintain and Wykeland, achieves a perfect balance through our varied experience, portfolios and personalities and is perhaps the most powerful element of our bid in terms of what we can exclusively bring to Hull.
Two of the three partners are Hull based; ispace is a young, energetic and innovative team already with a reputation for quality delivery and Wykeland is well established, respected and steeped in a history of successful development throughout the region. Quintain clearly compliments our two companies, being internationally renowned with extensive experience of large scale developments throughout the UK and a current market capitalisation of approximately £1.1billion.
