Hull's newest gateway development is underway.

In a joint venture between Dransfield Properties and ispace, plans have been submitted for a 92,500 sq ft food store and a range of smaller retail units. Alongside the food store will be a new petrol filling station, 600 car parking spaces and a piece of public art to be commissioned by renowned sculptor Robert Erskine.

This is a key site in Hull, a major gateway east of the city, which has long been awaiting redevelopment. The retail led scheme will provide modern store frontage to Holderness Road whilst developing further amenities to complement the existing Mount Retail Park next door attracting even more shoppers to this area.

Over the last few years we have worked with local businesses helping them relocate from this site to locations that further benefit their business in the long term, allowing the prospect of a further 400 jobs in the city.
