ispace have recently submitted plans for a retail store development in the town of Hornsea, although the site has been in the pipeline for some time ispace have devised a scheme that has sparked the interest of national retailers.  Located in the heart of Hornsea, the town benefits from a strong resident population and a very large tourist increase in the summer months.

Situated on Newbegin, the development will consist of six retail units and 16 customer car parking spaces adjacent the exisiting Cooperative food supermarket, Heron Frozen Foods, HSBC and Natwest Bank. Three of the six units are currently under offer however there are still opportunites for retail space ranging between 890sqft and 2000sqft depending on retailer requirements.
