Redevelopment begins in Hornsea!
ispace are pleased to announce that the redevelopment of Newbegin in Hornsea has started in earnest. Demolition of the old buildings, site clearance, removal of the old petrol tanks and piling of foundations are already well underway.
We currently have three national retailers signed up to the new premises namely Cooplands Bakery, Fultons Frozen Foods and The Original Factory Shop all of whom are very keen to begin trading in Hornsea particularly following the success of the new Tesco store on Southgate. We are also pleased to announce that Robinsons Newsagents will also be moving into one of the units fronting Newbegin.
The development is due to be completed by the start of summer 2012 and we are in talks with other retailers regarding the remaining two units.
